They literally tow your car to a small mom n pop impound in the shittiest area and they will price gauge you. A female told me if I came to get my car it was gonna be an extra $400 for after hours when it was only 330pm and she said she’d have her manager call me back. When the manager called me back he told me she misinformed me and it would be an extra $400 after 5pm due to after hours so I had to wait til the next day to get it and was charged another $35 and they didn’t even give me my $10 in change back after paying $1500 for 3 weeks of my car being impounded.

This towing company is a **total scam**. Not only did they charge me **$335** to release my daughter’s car, but they also tried to tell me it would be **$420 after 5 PM**, and then said it could be **$370 the next day**. It’s clear they’re just making up prices as they go. On top of that, they insisted on **cash upfront**, or they would add **$40** if I used a credit card—what kind of shady business practices are these? I’ve already reported them to the BBB, and I’m hoping they get what’s coming to them. They know they’re targeting college students who are already struggling, and they’re taking full advantage of that. No warnings, no consistency, just a blatant rip-off. Avoid this place at all costs unless you want to be taken advantage of.

These guys are stellar!! Absolutely awesome! I had a complicated tow (car broke down at the top of the Walt Whitman bridge and basically coasted into the employee parking lot) And they were absolutely great. The guy stayed on the phone with me to figure the location out, took the time to find a way to get to me without going over the bridge like Maps wanted him too (saving me money!) They came out super fast, delivered the car extremely quick! The whole interaction was just phenomenal. Hands down the easiest and best interaction with a towing service I have ever had. And the price to come from my hometown to Philly and back could not be beat, much more reasonable than the other quotes I got. Fantastic! Wish I could give more stars honestly! Thank you guys again!
